  Expert witness - Sworn in as Expert witness on transportation in general and carriage of Steel cargoes specifically by U.S.D.C., Eastern District in MUSINI Vs. IRON TOI et al. All court cases that I have assisted thus far have been ruled in our favor.
• HEAVY LIFTS
  Heavy Lifts Loading/Discharge/Securing/Sea-Fastening on board Ocean going Ships and Deck barges, River Barges, Rail and Heavy lift trucks. Have handled 4000 ton Largest Presses built and exported to China. Loading and Sea-Fastening of four (4) tank barges and a Tug on board and Ocean Going Barge for export to Argentina.
• CARGO OUT-TURN & DAMAGE
  Nature, extent and cause of cargo damage; investigation and representation. Out-turn / load-out condition surveys for project equipment especially heavy lifts, various finished steel products, aluminum, wood and fiber products, timber, coffee, rubber, minerals and most general & chemical commodities under I.M.O. labels. Cargo damage investigations. Pre-loading surveys of refrigerated Ships and Reefer Containers. Have handled Dock Fire of "Orange Street Wharf" and salvage of all Aluminum Cargo. Arranging most favorable salvage of steel products, grains, by-products, fertilizers & minerals in bulk. Measurements of sawn timber and logs on Japanese agricultural scale.
• Pre-stowage planning for loading of heavy lifts, project cargo, general and bulk cargoes, general cargo load-out/Discharge, Minerals, Ore-Concentrates, Granite slabs and Lumber.
  Coordination with Stevedores, Pre-load or discharge meeting with stevedores, barge lines, in order to optimize the vessel's port stay with maximum number of gangs efficiently employed, set load/discharge sequences from cargo holds and to wharf or into barges by Bills of Lading, Plan and Organize floating crane moves, order of barge placements, ensuring barge covers opened and closed properly and without causing any delays on ship side. Monitors loading/discharging. Indeed, our work as a coordinator is the key for an efficient turn around of the vessel.
